what exactly is argo carnival?

Argonaut PTA in collaboration with Argonaut Elementary School hosts a festival every two years. The goal of the event is to build and strengthen the school community. Each classroom hosts an activity or game.  The parent volunteer committee brings in outside entertainment, organizes volunteers, and coordinates with the school to secure facilities. And Argo PTA sponsored programs have the opportunity to promote or recruit.

WHO IS INVITED TO argo carnival?

All Saratoga families and their friends, especially the families and friends of Argonaut Elementary School students!

What Games will be at Argo carnival?

Check out the sign up sheet for the games that each classroom signed up to sponsor.

what food will be at argo carnival?

Thai Thai Food Truck and Mister Softee will serve food and treats at the event. Argo's Girls on the Run chapter will sell lemonade to raise funds. And there will be 🍿 free popcorn🍿 until we run out.

When and where do we pick up wristbands?

Wristbands will be distributed at a booth at the carnival.

What does and does not require a wristband?

All games require wristbands. Additionally, only guests with wristbands may receive a caricature portrait (one per wristband) and airbrush tattoo (one per wristband). Our magician will twist balloons giving priority to guests with wristbands.

Free for all guests to enjoy

• Walk around magic from 12:00 - 1:30 PM
• Juggling show at 1:30 PM in the MPR
• 🍿 Popcorn! 🍿

Food, lemonade, ice cream, spirit gear, and plants will be available for purchase.

how do we prepare our classroom's booth?

Check out the Argo Carnival Booth Preparation document. Make sure to get approval from an Argo Carnival Committee member before purchasing anything. Follow the instructions on the reimbursement page to get paid back.
