Communications Channels

Argonaut PTA shares information about school programs, events, and relevant community activities through several platforms:

  • Website: argonautpta.org

  • PTA News: Sent weekly on Wednesdays via ParentSquare (subject to administrative review).

  • Bear Bulletin: Sent weekly on Mondays via ParentSquare.

  • WhatsApp: Argo Families WhatsApp Community. Log in and go to My Account > Classroom Links to join.

  • On-Campus Displays:

    • Posters at drop-off locations

    • Classroom posters (with teacher approval)

    • ThermoBear word bubble

    • Red lunch table signs

    • Small bulletin board outside the main office

Communication Requests

To submit an announcement, email communications@argonautpta.org. All content is subject to review and editing by the PTA.

 

Submission Guidelines:

  • Provide the text exactly as you would like it to appear.

  • Any images should be submitted as .jpg or .jpeg files. No PDFs.

  • Specify your preferred channels (e.g., Website, PTA News, WhatsApp).

  • Deadline: Submit requests by Tuesday at 4:00 PM to be included in Wednesday’s PTA Newsletter.

Note: The Bear Bulletin is managed directly by the school. Please send requests for the Bear Bulletin directly to the principal or administrative assistant.
