Communications Channels

Argonaut PTA gets the word out about its programs / events as well as some programs / events outside of the immediate Argonaut community. Argo PTA has three online channels and several on-campus locations for posting announcements.

  • PTA News in ParentSquare, posted weekly on Wednesdays and subject to review by the Argonaut administration
  • Bear Bulletin in ParentSquare, posted weekly on Mondays
  • WhatsApp announcements in the Argo Families WhatsApp Community
  • Posters at drop off locations
  • Posters in the classrooms, subject to teacher permission
  • ThermoBear word bubble
  • Signs at the red lunch tables
  • Small bulletin board outside the office

Communication Requests

 

Email communications@argonautpta.org with your request.

 

Please write the announcement as you would like it to appear. Also please provide details as to which channels (website, PTA News, WhatsApp, etc.) that you would like your announcement to appear.

 

Requests received before Tuesday at 8:00 PM will make it into the draft for Argo PTA News that is sent the next day (Wednesday) around 12:00 PM. All content is subject to review and edits by the Argonaut school administration.

 

Note that the Bear Bulletin is written and posted by the school, so requests for messages in the Bear Bulletin should be sent to the principal or administrative assistant.
